Request account deletion

Enter the email address associated with your Impact Compass account. Our team will contact you to verify ownership. After verification, an administrator reviews and approves the request.

On approval, we immediately delete your account and its related records from the active Impact Compass database, including your profile, volunteer details, bookings, payment records held by Impact Compass, notifications, and uploaded files. We retain only a non-identifying record that the request was completed. Requests remain pending until ownership is verified and an administrator approves them.

Payment processors may separately retain transaction records under their own policies. Contact our administrator if you need help with your request.
